Luxor Horse Riding Holiday
Day 1: Arrival in Luxor
Check in at your guesthouse where the host will greet you with a warm welcome and make you feel at home. Meet the team from Desert Dreams and your travel partners. Relax until dinner time, then let us to enjoy the pleasant rich tasty food. Egyptian cuisine is a feast for the senses and will leave you craving more. Experience the exotic flavors, which are known for its aromatic spices, frech ingredients. Traditional dishes such as falafel, baba ghanoush, tahina. Take your time to savor each bite and appreciate the special flavors of the region. There is no better way to experience the rich culture of Egypt than through its delicious food.
Day 2: Valley of the Kings visit and Horse Riding
Pile up your plate with traditional dishes, like falafel, freshly made pita bread, and fresh vegetables. Enjoy a glass of mint tea or coffee while savouring the flavours of this delicious and nutritious breakfast. Today you will step into the mysterious and sacred world of the Valley of the Kings and discover its hidden secrets. Colourful hieroglyphs and golden statues tell the stories of these important figures. Marvel at the majestic size of the tombs, some as deep as 350 feet. Later visit the Temple of Hatshepsut. She was the first female ruler. The temple has an impressive structure that has stood the test of time. It is an awe-inspiring monument that will leave you with everlasting memories. After a morning full of historical sights enjoy your lunch then relax before the afternoon adventure. Venture out on a horseback to see the village and local farms. Feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin as you ride through sugar cane fields and banana plantation. Have an up close and personal look at everyday life, and ride alongside friendly locals.
As you are riding through the spectacular scenery you will have chances to gallop. Return back to the stable with the horses while the sky turns into red and orange. Flavourful dinner will be waiting for you at
the guesthouse.

Day 3: Horse Ride and Habu Temple & Sunset Boat Sailing
Have your breakfast and prepare for the morning ride. Meet with your favorite horse and ride around the village. Stop by Habu Temple where your private guide will wait for you, to tell you the story of this beautiful temple. Visit the gorgeous pylons and hieroglyphs on the wall, some of them are still colorful. Ride back to the stable where your delicious lunch will be served to you. Relax after your tasty food. Then the adventure will continue on the Nile River. The colours of the sky transform as the sun dips behind the horizon. Enjoying a scenic view of the nearby island and wildlife with a glass of sparkling beverage, is the perfect way to end the day. Dinner will be served for you at your guesthouse.
Day 4: Sunrise Horse Ride & Karnak Temple and Souk
An early wake-up, but with no regrets! Saddle up and head out before dawn. As the first light peeks out over the desert landscape, the eastern horizon is flooded with a gorgeous orange glow. When you arrive in the desert you will be surprised at the view as the Hot air balloons are rising with the sun in the sky. After the ride, your local breakfast will be ready for you. Then relax before heading to the famous Karnak Temple which represents the greatness of ancient Egypt. Have your lunch before meeting your lovely guide. Admire the grandeur of its towering columns and hieroglyphs.
Egyptian markets should not be missed. Pick up souvenirs to take home with you. Find unique items, such as vibrant fabrics, spices or antiques, all for bargain prices. After exploring we will return back to the guesthouse for dinner.

Day 5: Cooking Lesson and Departure
While you enjoying your breakfast, cherish each moment of your holiday. Before we let you go, get
ready for an entertaining and delicious culinary journey. Learn the secrets of traditional recipes and explore the distinct techniques used to bring out the flavours of each dish. After your cooking lesson check out from your guesthouse. We hope that you carry the magic of your travels home with you.
As you say goodbye to Egypt, remember the new friendships you’ve made and the cultural experiences that have enriched your life. Take a moment to look back on your photographs and souvenirs, which will remind you of the incredible adventures you’ve had. Hopefully, we will see you for another adventure.

Please keep in mind that all travelers must have a valid insurance throughout the trip, which covers all the activities
they are undertaking. Liability form to be signed by all travelers prior to the tour/holiday
Tipping is not included, so please calculate in your budget a 75 EUR tip/person, this amount will
be shared between guides, drivers, hotels and stables.
Please note that when making a booking, a 25 % deposit is required which is non refundable in case of cancellation. If cancelled 14 days prior holiday date, 50% is non-refundable.
