If you joining us for a riding holiday, please read the following information:

The rides are designed for intermediate and advanced riders.
In some cases and for some holidays we are able to take novices, this has to be confirmed prior booking.

Please keep in mind that all travelers must have a valid insurance throughout the trip, which covers all the activities
they are undertaking. Liability form to be signed by all travelers prior to the tour/holiday
Tipping is not included, so please calculate in your budget a 75 EUR tip/person for a week holiday. This amount will
be shared between guides, drivers, hotels and stables.
Please note that when making a booking, a 25 % deposit is required which is non refundable in case of cancellation. If cancelled 14 days prior holiday date, 50% is non-refundable.
Full amount to be paid prior 21 days of arrival.
Date change for riding holidays are subject to availability and extra charges may apply.
You can now split the cost of your holiday into 3 equal instalments over 3 months. If you choose this option the first payment would be your deposit payment.
This payment option is only available for those whose holiday date is more than 4 months away when booking.
By paying the deposit, you are accepting our terms and conditions.
What to bring:

We advise you to bring your own riding gear (helmet, chaps, gloves..) We have limited quantity and sizes available at the stables.

Bring some warm clothing with you as the nights can be cold.

Sunscreen with high spf.
Clothing tips:

Always remember it is a Muslim country, and you should respect their values at all times. Shorts and tight
skirts should be avoided. -
Comfortable, conservative dresses and clothing, and comfortable shoes as the walkways on some roads
are uneven and rocky. -
Swimwear is accepted in hotels that offer a pool, and beaches.
Entry requirements:

Passport validity: If you are visiting Egypt your passport should be valid for 6 months from the date you
arrive. -
Visa: Payable at the airport in US dollars. The cost of it is 25 US dollars. Please prepare the exact amount for
the smooth process. Sometimes They do not accept other currencies and they do not have change. The Visa is valid for 30 days. -
Medication: If you’re traveling with prescription medication you should carry a medical certificate
confirming that the medication has been prescribed for a medical condition. The Egyptian Embassy website
states that this should be in the form of an official letter from your GP, specifying details of your condition,
the quantity of medication you will be carrying and that the medication is for your personal use only. Some
prescribed and over-the-counter medicines that are available in other countries are considered controlled
substances in Egypt and can’t be brought into the country without prior permission from Egypt’s Ministry of
Health. If you arrive in Egypt without this permission and the required documentation, the medication will
not be allowed into the country and you may be prosecuted under Egyptian law. -
Insurance: All foreigners visiting the country are required to purchase medical travel insurance, although the
government has not implemented a minimum requirement for medical coverage. The only requirement to
visit Egypt is to buy a policy with medical coverage that lasts for the entire duration of a traveler's trip -

Our accommodations are chosen carefully to ensure you have a pleasant stay. In each destination we work with different hotels, guesthouses and villas. Your accommodation will be confirmed prior to arrival, it would depend of the availability of the options and the number of the groups.
Standard double room is included in your package, if you wish to upgrade please contact us.

Cairo:

Fayoum:
This guesthouse is located in a small village in Fayoum. This charming place amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature run by a family. Delicious homemade meals are provided, you will be treated to a culinary experience like no other. It offers cozy and comfortable rooms, designed to embrace the natural charm of the area. Refresh yourself in the pool and enjoy the relaxing moments far from the hustle of the busy cities.

You will experience the warmth and hospitality of the Egyptian culture at firsthand. They will treat you like a family member, and you can never go hungry. In these places you will find a perfect blend of of relaxation, cultural immersion and delicious meals that awakens the senses. Flavorful homemade dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients.

Hurghada:
The accommodations are with pool and access to the beach. Blend of comfort, convenience and beachside tranquility.
